Ranch Day Leadership and Team Building Workshops
Ranch Day can be between two hours to a full day...
Away from the desk, the office, the phone, email, texts, boss, the traffic,
the bills, the parking, the people, and the urban craziness.
That alone will make life better, but we’re going to add some trees, some grass, some dirt, and most importantly, some horses.
Join us as we explore Life Improving, Productivity Enhancing concepts,
and learn new Personal Development and Leadership Effectiveness tools.
Peace, Quiet, and Living Nature are the backdrop for absorbing new information about yourself,
and the useful tools which will impact your social, family, and professional life.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A full Ranch Day Retreat offers a mix of contemplative opportunities, lectures, lessons and exercises. Some basic physical work may be involved, as well as some walking, standing, and getting your hands dirty. It’s a ranch retreat, but the goal is personal relaxation and renewal. Two-hour workshops focus on leadership and team building.
Ranch Day is non-riding, so riding skills are not needed. Horses will be an integral part of the instruction, but participants can choose the level of distance they are comfortable with. The venue may offer trail riding, book separately for an end of the day ride.
With luck, an optional Equestrian Q&A, basic horse talk and your curious questions with a horse person.
Release of Liability Waiver Required for All Participants
WHO SHOULD ENROLL
Adults of any age (see Ranch Day for Teens, "Ranch Day Get Away" here). The materials and concepts pertain to personal development, imparting new skills, and most importantly, renewed energy and attitude to be brought back to families, social settings, and work/professional life. Just as horses have families, friends, work, and the ability to learn and improve, no matter their place in the herd, individuals and groups can benefit from skills learned at Ranch Day.
Ranch Day offers public dates for open enrolment and group booking for organizations.
